three point one four Ltd. was in charge of the creative direction for Rina Nakashima’s 2nd promotional video. Rin Nakashima, is a koto player who plays a new style that strays away from traditional koto performance. In the video, Nakashima plays her symbolic track “Yukyu no Fantasy”, along with her other track titled “TSURUGI” from her album MATSURI. In the video for “Yukyu no Fantasy”, the video showcases a blend of traditional Japanese music with western music. In the video for “TSURUGI”, the images in the video project a sharp and swift action of the traditional Japanese koto. This video is regarded as one of the best works of our creative director Shige Takagi, along with his other work such as the Gap Japan Official Film, GAGA Film commercial, and the international promotional film for Daimler AG.
